Ok, I have to admit. I have absolutely no idea what kind of orchid this is. I certainly don't know how to pronounce it, though I can give it a try.
However, I can't go to sleep without posting at least one picture of a cake and Pink Cake Box is one of my favorite places to find the best ones.
And it's not all about the looks. According to the cake masters themselves, this one was made with:
Flavors included chocolate with hazelnut buttercream, “wine” velvet with vanilla buttercream, and graham cracker cake with s’mores.
Yum! Time to go dream of flowers and chocolate.
