A lot more pressure than Amazing Wedding Cakes, the Top Chef Desserts wedding cakes competition looks like total chaos with buttercream on top. I can't imagine how anyone can create a cake under this kind of time limit. Glad it's not my cake that they're making!
Just make sure you give your own wedding cake chef a little extra time to be on the safe side.
